You know that thing where you buy some stuff on the internet and pay like £5 for delivery and then you hit confirm and on the receipt details it says it going to be delivered by Yodel and you immediately facepalm and inevitably to find yourself £5 out of pocket with no package to be seen on delivery day? No? Well, seriously, use Yodel to deliver something sometime and you will definitely get the hang of it..
